All work undertaken via this site is performed by Peak 3000 Ltd t/a HelpMagic, registered in the United Kingdom.

Pre-order deposits

Pre-order deposits will be:

• Refundable in full until the tenant opens (work begins).
• Non-refundable from the point work begins.
• Held by Stripe until the tenant-open trigger.

Exact mechanics will be published before pre-orders open.

Strategy review

Strategy reviews are free for cohort one. They remain the venture's property. Written strategy, recommendations, and rationale are theirs to keep regardless of whether they continue with helpmagic.

No outcome guarantees

We will work with discipline and care. We will not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, conversions, revenue) that depend on factors outside our control. Anyone selling those guarantees in this space is selling guarantees, not work.

AI use

We use AI extensively in our build process. AI gets things wrong sometimes. We document safeguarding posture per engagement. We will be honest with each client about what's automated, what's drafted by AI and reviewed by us, and what's hand-crafted.
