Voice agent.

AI voice answering for bookings, orders, and routing to humans. On the roadmap, not in cohort one.

A business that misses a phone call usually misses a customer. The voice agent answers when humans can’t, books or quotes within agreed limits, and routes to a human when the situation calls for it.

Status: roadmap module, not cohort one. Cohort-one engagements ship without voice. We’ve documented the architecture and the commercial case, and we’re holding the build until we have:

  • At least one cohort-one engagement showing visible early outcomes from the non-voice modules
  • A friendly partner willing to run voice early as a paid bespoke build (the case study trigger)
  • Refund-rate on Motion-2 pre-orders staying under the disqualifying threshold

If voice would make the difference for the venture, the pre-order form has an explicit “interested in voice answering and booking” checkbox. Demand-tag it. That’s how we’d prioritise the build.

We’d rather say “not yet” honestly than ship voice before it’s ready and disappoint the people we’re trying to serve.
