Marketing and admin assistant.
A tailored AI assistant that lives alongside the day-to-day work. Modular itself. Pick the sub-modules that fit.
The marketing and admin assistant is itself modular. Most engagements don’t need everything. They need the two or three things that take up most of the week. We work out which during the strategy review.
Across all sub-modules, two principles hold:
- Voice-amplifier, not generator. The assistant amplifies the existing brand voice. It doesn’t replace it. No-one wants a business that sounds like ChatGPT.
- Variable automation. From “drafts only, approve every send” to “fully automated within agreed brand voice and safety rules”. The right level depends on risk tolerance and the cost of a mistake.
What the assistant is not: a generic chatbot, a content firehose, or a substitute for human judgement on the things that matter.

Social media management
Drafting, scheduling, and amplifying content across the chosen channels. Variable automation, from "drafts only, customer approves" to "fully automated within agreed brand voice".
Email management
Triage, draft replies, summary digests. The customer stays in control of what goes out.
Calendar
Scheduling assistance, meeting prep, follow-up reminders. Integrates with Google Calendar or Microsoft 365.
CRM integration
Tailored to whatever's already in use, or none-yet, in which case we set something light up. No forced platform switch.
