Who we are

Peak 3000 Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted via this site.

What we collect

• Form submissions. Name, email, anything else typed into a contact or pre-order form.
• Server logs. Standard Cloudflare access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp). Retained per Cloudflare's defaults.
• Marketing source params. UTM tags from referrer URLs, used to understand which channels work.

What we do with it

• Reply to enquiries.
• Notify the pre-order waitlist when pre-orders open.
• Track aggregate channel performance.
• Nothing else without explicit opt-in.

We don't sell data. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, every person whose data we hold has the right to access it, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing. Email hello@helpmagic.ai with "data request" in the subject.

ICO registration

Peak 3000 Ltd will register with the ICO on first paid client. Status: pending.
