In May we started assisting Healing Spaces with Kari, a West London professional organiser who helps people sort out their homes and their lives, and takes on the hardest cases because she has been there herself. She had a handful of clients and doubts about carrying on.
Three months later her turnover has grown 5×, her client list has close to tripled, her prices are up, and she ranks top of Google and AI search across her area.
We did whatever was needed: the website, search, AI automations, admin, the industry regulations, invoicing, the awkward conversations, the moral support.

Why HelpMagic exists
On volunteer cleaning duty with Kari of Healing Spaces, May 2026.
I spent 25 years as an IT consultant in government and large corporates. I built and rescued specialist divisions, mentored teams, and shipped innovations that saved those organisations hundreds of thousands of pounds. Some of that work mattered: faster passports, better command and control systems around London.
But the organisations never needed me the way a one-person business does. Then I saw someone with so much to give her community come close to giving up. I couldn’t stand by and let that happen.
