Most AI services are machinery and process. Not this one. One person agrees the plan, builds it, notices when it drifts, and stays around a year later.

We care that this works.
The ventures we work with have something at stake. So does the work. That changes how it feels on both sides.
We're not detached when we sit down. We notice when something isn't working and say so. We follow up without being asked. We care whether the business turns out well, not whether the deliverable shipped on time.
It runs both ways. The people we work with leave conversations feeling hopeful their business can be turned around. Not from reassuring words. From seeing the work start to land.
02 · Human + AI
Alongside, not above.
AI is what makes this scale. A human is why anyone trusts the scale.
We don't drop a system in and walk away. The customer stays in control of what gets sent, what gets posted, what speaks for the brand. The AI amplifies; the people decide.
How much the AI does varies per project, from "drafts only, approve every send" to "fully automated within agreed brand voice". The right level is a conversation, not a default.

We stay.
Ongoing rather than one-shot. The build matters less than whether it keeps working a year later.
Most agencies hand over a thing and disappear. We don't. The person who built it notices when it drifts, picks up the phone when something needs adjusting, and stays around when the answer takes longer than five minutes.
That attention is only possible at small scale. It's a choice. We'd rather work deeply with a few ventures than thinly with many.

Care without nos is sentiment. These are the lines that ground it.
- Promise rankings, conversions, or outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.
- Bolt a generic chatbot on without the discovery conversation.
- Generate content that sounds like ChatGPT wrote it.
- Use "revolutionary", "transform", "unleash", "10x", or "next-generation" anywhere customer-facing.
- Take on work we can't serve well. Better to refer than to fail expensively.
