Strategy review.
A structured discovery conversation. We sit down together, learn the business inside out, and agree what AI can usefully do here. Free for cohort one.
The strategy review is the open-ended starting point for every helpmagic engagement. It’s where we learn what the business actually needs, not what an off-the-shelf AI tool assumes it needs.
It runs as two structured conversations:
- Bucket zero is the privileged-source audit. We map what’s already there: site, content, customer relationships, brand voice, current tools, audit history. No customer time required for this part.
- Bucket one is the sit-down interview. We work through the business model, audience, services ladder, hidden strengths, safeguarding posture, pricing reality, and what success looks like in twelve months.
The output is a written strategy. What we’d recommend, why, what the risks are, what the pricing would look like, and which modules apply.
The strategy review is also how new modules get defined. Each conversation surfaces things we hadn’t built for yet. We’re still in discovery mode as a product, and that’s deliberate.
For cohort one, the strategy review is free for everyone who passes the intake fit-check. We get value from the depth of the conversation. The customer gets a written strategy whether or not they continue with us.
